It's what we do all day long. We breathe. In and out. In and out. All. Day. Long. Then while we sleep. We breathe. In and out. In and out. All. Night. Long. Unless of course you work the night shift, then it's reversed.  But whatever your schedule, your work, your situation, your environment, your health, your finances, your relationships . . . whatever. You breathe.

So let's take a moment to focus on it.  

I definitely got you started with that intro.  That's the cool thing about it. When we draw our attention to it, we automatically desire to help calm it down. We WANT to feel good.  And we know that calming our breathing feels good

So go ahead, take a moment and revel in it.  Take full, deep breaths, In and out.  In and out.  Bringing that awareness to your body, to your life energy.  Breathe in love and compassion, breathe out stress and worry.  Breathe in peace, breathe out fear.  Breathe in light, breathe out darkness.  

Breathe.
