Four Weeks, Thursdays July 25- August 15th 7-9pm in Davis, CA

Do you and your partner want to feel on the same team as you navigate life together?  Under pressure do you sometimes react in ways that don't feel great to your partner or to you?  We all came in with a part of our brain wired to react under pressure in one of four ways.  We call that your style.  During the class you will learn what your "style" is, what that means, understand what your pressure triggers are, and how to reduce these triggers in your life.  Even better,  you'll understand your partner's pressure triggers and develop compassion, boundaries, and strategies to help calm him/her down during times of stress.  You'll also learn how to compliment your partner so it feels great to him/her, learn how he/she sees the world, and learn how you can work together as a team. This workshop is also fantastic for single people.  During the workshop you will receive group coaching , tools, and group support.For Couples and Singles:
